Dr. Beverley Forbes-Diaby

Dr. Beverley Forbes-Diaby was born on the islands of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.  At the age of twelve years, she migrated with her parents to the United States.  She attended Winthrop Junior High School in Brooklyn, New York and excelled in her academic work.  Upon graduation and, with a scholarship in hand from the A Better Chance program, she headed for Gould Academy in Bethel, Maine. where she enrolled in college preparatory classes.  Dr. Beverley Forbes-Diaby returned to New York upon graduation from Gould Academy.  She earned a BA in French and Spanish from Fordham University, graduating magna cum laude in 1978.  She later earned a MA in French Language and Civilization from New York University (1980) and a MA in Educational Leadership from Bank Street College (2000). 

Dr. Beverley Forbes-Diaby earned a doctorate in educational leadership from Nova Southeastern University in 2008.  For the past 23 years she has worked in the field of early childhood education. 


Currently, Dr. Beverley Forbes-Diaby works as the principal of P B Children’s Academy in Brooklyn, New York.  She is an experienced conference and workshop presenter/coordinator and trains teachers and other directors in the field of early childhood education.  She also works as a consultant to early childhood programs.

Dr. Beverley Forbes-Diaby is the manager of Missions and Church Planting at Kingdom Life Ministries International in Brooklyn, New York. She has been married for thirty years and is the proud mother of two children, Sanoussi and Aicha.  Dr. Beverley Forbes-Diaby enjoys travelling and spending time with the Lord.  She resides with her family in New Jersey.
